Gigya, now the SAP Customer Data Cloud, earned the highest score in both dimensions of the Forrester Wave™ – Current Offering and Strategy – and has “the largest market presence” in CIAM, according to the report. The report also cites Gigya for its slightly more intuitive and modern analytics and administration, and states that customers praise its CIAM execution, reporting, and broad partner ecosystem.
