SAP Hybris Consumer Insights Lunch Seminar Hong Kong

Thursday, November 30, 2017

Staying relevant to your audience is the key to success for businesses, especially more in today’s day and age.

But to be able to do that, first you need to know what consumers want and expect from brands in this digital economy. Here’s something to help you get that insight.

SAP Hybris recently commissioned a survey of over 7,000 consumers across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region in March this year, to uncover what they feel about engaging with brands, including data collection, privacy and customer service response. We would like to share the findings and insights derived from this study further with you over a lunch seminar.

Additionally, we are excited to invite our guest speaker from Gigya, a market leader for customer identity and access management. Major independent analyst firms, most recently Forrester Research, have positioned Gigya as a top vendor in this field.
