Indonesia’s internet penetration is ascending rapidly from the current level of 40 percent. With the value of commerce exhibiting a similar growth behaviour, Indonesian consumers are becoming increasingly acquainted with digital experience.

Our survey of over 500+ Indonesian consumers has revealed that 48% of respondents are delighted with the digital experience they receive. This is a good start. However, with Indonesia on the cusp of rapid commerce growth driven by greater smartphone penetration and foreign investment, digital experience will have an increasing bearing on business outcomes as the market becomes more competitive.
