SAP has released SAP Customer Data Cloud solutions from Gigya, the industry’s only solution based on a consent-based data model. And with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into effect in May, SAP and the CMO Council surveyed 165 marketers on the topic. Respondents from North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, South America and the Middle East weighed during March and April. The findings were telling.
