Ben Nottle is based in Singapore and is a part of the SAP Asia Pacific & Japan Centre of Excellence for Customer Engagement and Commerce. Ben was a SAP CRM pioneer in Asia and has been involved in supporting Customer Engagement related initiatives across the region for 15 years.
