Rheem: Gives Customers a 'Warm Glow' with SAP® Hybris® Cloud for Customer

Rheem Australia Pty Ltd is Australia's largest supplier of water heaters. Rheem manufactures gas and electric storage, heat pump and solar water heaters for domestic, commercial and large scale project applications in Australia and to over 30 export markets.

Rheem identified an issue with its responsiveness in connecting customers to useful advice. “Our company wants to enhance the customer’s experience regardless of the channel through which we connect with our customers. We knew a key step in achieving this is by making improvements in the way we handle calls, respond and offer advice,” explains Mr John Collignon, Chief Marketing Officer, Rheem.
