ALBtelecom: Customer Experience Transformation with SAP Hybris Billing

Since 1912 ALBtelecom Company has been the first choice of Albanians when it comes to communication. The company decided that it needed to introduce unified billing, replace legacy systems, and merge its systems with its mobile subsidiary Eagle Mobile. To do this, it chose the SAP Hybris Billing solution. It can now charge prepaid and postpaid customers in real time or offline, offer unified accounts for fix-line and mobile subscribers, and provide convergent products.
