In a nutshell:
Bilot was founded in September 2005 by seasoned SAP consultants, with expertise from Business Intelligence, eCommerce, SAP CRM and Integration areas. By the end of 2014, we had delivered 900 projects across our key solution areas: Commerce Solutions, Performance Solutions, Procurement Solutions, Productivity Solutions, Analytics and Enablement. As an SAP Innovation Partner of the Year, we are proud to be a decorated pioneer in areas such as SAP HANA and SAP Mobility. We were the first to implement SAP Cloud for Customer in Nordics and we are a recognized veteran in discipline of Commerce Solutions. Today we serve our customers with 150 consultant bandwidth and have offices in Finland and Poland.
We regard Commerce in a broad context which in practice means solutions which cover commerce, marketing, sales and service. SAP uses the term “Customer Engagement and Commerce” as the solution framework for its equivalent scope of solutions. By combining our expertise in hybris Commerce, hybris Marketing, Cloud for Customer, SAP Analytics, S4HANA and SAP ERP processes we can help our customers in their business roadmaps and digital strategies.
For end-to-end Commerce implementations we have our own practical project methodology that combines the most suited practices of Agile, DevOps and Waterfall. In addition we have standardized many phases of our deliveries to “QuickStart” packages, providing structure to complex implementations and speed for moving forward.
Through the experience and business insight gained in hundreds of customer projects we have packaged business innovations into products in our “SmartSeries” product family.These products provide measurable business benefits and competitive advantage for our customers and integrate seamlessly to their hybris and SAP landscapes.
To support the continuously developing and uninterrupted operation of our businesses solutions Bilot has developed a world-class support paradigm including but not limited to maintenance and support offerings which have global reach (24/7). We serve over 40 maintenance customers with agreed Service Level Agreements.
