SAP Hybris: Beyond CRM Truck to showcase the next evolution in omnichannel technology

SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) today announced that its ‘SAP Hybris Beyond CRM Truck Tour’ will be travelling to over 50 destinations across 11 countries as part of its marathon 90-day tour.
At each stop customers, prospects, partners and industry influencers will be invited onto the truck where SAP experts will showcase a range of presentations, demos and client solutions across three themed spaces. SAP Hybris will provide access to the latest customer engagement and commerce software, visitors will experience digital transformation first hand and see how marketing, sales, commerce, service and billing technology come together.
Wrapped in SAP’s unmistakable branding, the formidable vehicle – which weighs 33 tons and measures 16.5 metres in length – will be hard to miss as it makes its way across the continent. Onboard the truck, SAP Hybris will be showing over 100 demos including SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer and SAP Hybris Marketing.
Many of these technologies and solutions are being shown in Europe for the first time during the tour. For example, SAP Hybris will be demonstrating ‘BullsEye’, a prototype technology currently still in development at Hybris Labs. This in-store customer engagement and analytics tool uses an IoT selection mechanism to digitise the customer experience and convert user information into online customers.
